1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ph626 ("ph626", "the Company", "We", "Us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph626.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of ph626 gaming services, including real-money wagering, you must register a player account on the Platform. The following terms govern account registration and ongoing management:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ph626 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. ph626 reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close all accounts held by an individual found to have registered multiple accounts, and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings accrued across such accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

3.3 Account Credentials & Security

Any activity conducted through your ph626 account while logged in shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall be liable for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph626 support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

ph626 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to the acceptance of deposits above specified thresholds. 3.5 Account Closure by Player

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph626 is committed to full compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. ph626 may request additional documentation or information in connection with any deposit or withdrawal that triggers AML review thresholds. ph626 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law, and players consent to such reporting by use of the Platform.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Responsible Gaming

ph626's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to the ph626 Platform in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ph626 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph626 makes no warranty, whether express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes beyond what is attested to by independent certification, or the continuous availability of any specific game or feature.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ph626 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data in connection with the ph626 Platform is governed in full by the ph626 Privacy Policy, which is available at ph626.cam/privacy-policy.

By registering a ph626 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of personalized gaming services and promotional communications where you have opted in to such communications.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

ph626 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your ph626 account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable supplementary rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ph626.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another regulatory body.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive.

Upon account termination for cause, ph626 reserves the right to withhold any funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Funds confirmed as legitimately belonging to you following the conclusion of any investigation will be returned to your verified payment method, less any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph626's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR, ph626's licensing authority, through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. ph626 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the investigation and resolution of all escalated complaints.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of all disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph626 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, ph626 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their ph626 account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at login. Amendments will take effect seven (7) days after notification, or immediately in cases required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

Your continued use of the ph626 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5 of these Terms.
